Yokohama Rubber changes senior management

Tokyo – Yokohama Rubber Co Ltd. has announced that the meeting of its board of management decided – informally – to reinstate Tooru Kobayashi as the director and executive vice president and head of corporate planning division.

Masataka Yamaishi has also been promoted to director and corporate officer and head of tire business planning division.

The changes are expected to be formally approved after the general meeting of shareholders to be held on 27 March.
