Houston, Texas – Flexitallic Group has appointed Jon Stokes as chief executive officer, said a group’s news release on 10 Feb.
Stokes joins Flexitallic from Emerson Electric, where he most recently served as president of the Daniel Measurement and Control Business.
Earlier in his 13-year Emerson career, Stokes led businesses providing instrumentation and controls to the process and marine industries.
Prior to that, Stokes spent 12 years with Shell Oil Co. as a process engineer for multiple refining and chemical units, and as a production manager for a Shell petrochemical plant.
Stokes holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and an MBA from the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
Flexitallic specialises in producing sealing products for the energy industry.
