Seoul - GM Korea Co., part of the US automaker General Motors Co., is to recall about 100,000 vehicles sold in South Korea due to brake-hose problems, South Korean Yonhap news agency reported 11 Jan - quoting the country’s transportation ministry.
The recall covers three models – Cruze, Lacetti Premiere and Orlando – produced from 13 Oct 2008 and 24 May 2011, said the report.
According to the ministry, twisted brake hose parts were used in the front wheels, which could lead to oil leaks and affect brake functions.
